Bio
Morris was the 40th Premier in NSW from 2005-2008, also holding the portfolio of Treasurer during his premiership. Prior to becoming Premier he was Minister for Health (2003-2005) and Minister for Public Works and Services as well as Minister Assisting the Premier on Citizenship (1999-2003). He was Minister for Sport and Recreation (2001-2003). His post political career includes Chairing the Inquiry into the greyhound industry and subsequent appointment as Chair of Greyhound Racing NSW, The South District Commissioner for the Greater Sydney Commission as well as Chair of the South Easter Sydney Local Health District Board and on the boards of the Cancer Institute of NSW and the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trustment.

Peter has held many senior positions in multi-national corporations as well as start-ups as a founder over a 35 year period. He was an Executive Director of Macquarie Bank as well as a licenced fund manager in Singapore. Peter received one of first foreign private equity funds management license issued in Tianjin, China as well as a Capital Markets Services License in Singapore. Peter has extensive experience as a principal investor, senior adviser to major global companies and has an established network of investors globally. Peter has chaired both credit and investment committees in Australia, Singapore and China and is an established investor in financial services, real estate, hospitality, technology transfer, infrastructure and energy. Peter is a director of NBFI Holdings Pty Ltd, a nonbank lender to SMEs. He has previously held several public and private directorships including the venture/development capital investment in and listing of Solartile Australia Limited on the second board of the ASX in 1986, Global Funds Management (Sing), CPG Capital Partners (Sing), International Litigation Partners (Sing) and Litigation Capital Partners(Sing).

Henry Pinskier is a businessman and entrepreneur medically trained. He started his career in medicine and built out a medical and allied health services business Medi7. Over the past 20 years he has invested across health and technology platforms in the private and listed company space and has deep experience across government including as a Director of government business enterprises in insurance, hospitals and water. He is currently a Director of CuraeHealth a Dental Services platform, RentYak a Property Services platform, NBFI Holdings a non bank finance platform and PhytoGro a global plants based medicine company. Henry is Chair of the John Curtin Research Centre a progressive public policy think tank.

During a long executive career, he has held leadership positions for all of Endeavour’s operational and corporate activities. This included responsibility for both the asset management and regulatory strategies for responding to the significant growth that is occurring within Western Sydney.

Mark is an established industry leader and is passionate about transforming the energy industry. Over his career, Mark has developed teams, products, designs and projects that have positively impacted today’s energy industry, including some of Australia’s first innovative renewable energy projects, leading transmission infrastructure, energy storage, wind and solar projects. Marks’ specialist skills include electricity grid operations, grid connections, energy market and market systems, project management, technology development and commercialisation, solar and energy storage technologies, applications, design and construction. In 2017 Mark led the Real Time Operations group within AEMO and is now a specialist expert advisor to AEMO operations and operates consultancy NEMConnect specializing in integrating renewable energy and demand side resources into the electricity markets. Mark has an honours degree in Electrical Engineering and Computing from Monash University.

Dan has spent the past ten years in a variety of roles and companies in the solar industry. Dan was one of the lead project engineers on Australia’s first 13MWp (DC) / 10MW (AC) co-located (with 168MW Wind Farm, Australia’s First) solar farm.
Prior to this experience, Dan established the operations and maintenance (O&M) and Asset Management department for Sun Edison and successfully delivered Australia’s first Cloud prediction technology, in partnership with ARENA. As an established specialist in C&I and Utility markets, including extensive experience in both ground mount and roof top systems, Dan is passionate in delivering high quality Solar PV energy power stations installs, to stand the test of time.

Neil is a highly competent Financial Analyst with a proven record in embedded network and energy management with 8 years of experience in the field. He has spent the last 14 years as Senior Commercial Finance Analyst at the Scentre Group where he oversaw the roll-out of 10 Embedded Networks across NSW and VIC.
Prior to this experience, Neil assisted the Business Sales & Business Marketing departments in his role of Management Accountant at AAPT.
Neil's specialist skills include budget forecast and analysis, financial modelling and regulatory requirement feasibility.

Marjorie Maydwell

Marjorie’s journey to CEP.Energy began in the 1980s as a young student in France where nuclear energy, providing the French economy with a viable renewable energy solution against rising oil costs, was polarised by Midnight Oil and the peak of the Australian environmental movement. For the next decades Marjorie worked across Australian federal and state, public and private sectors at EnergyAustralia, Ausgrid, TrueEnergy and Scentre Group (Westfield). Marjorie’s extensive knowledge led her to blend innovation with protocol in new and changing markets, including working on the national solar schools programme (providing almost 60% of all Australian schools with renewable energy solutions), and embedded microgrid networks in shopping centres, councils and government organisations around Australia. 
While her career spans telco, banking and energy, as Head of Client Relations, Marjorie adds significant energy industry experience to the CEP exec, covering retail, commercial and industrial sectors, renewable generation and microgrids with a focus on driving truly viable renewable energy solutions across the sectors, in particular, local manufacturing and industry.
