The information collected, held or used by CEP.Energy:
(a) will only be used for the purposes of securing your registration, confirming your interest in CEP.Energy and accessing your meter data from your retailer and not for any other purpose; and
(b) will only be provided to any another organisation outside of CEP.Energy under strict confidentiality, for the purposes above or on an aggregated basis, such that an individual cannot be ‘personally identified’ by the information provided; and
(c) other than as provided above, will not be disclosed to other organisations without consent, unless such disclosure is required or permitted by law or other competent authority.
CEP.Energy will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information held by it, whether held or stored electronically or in hard-copy.
